Mel's Moppin Sauce

   225ml                cider vinegar
   5      tablespoons   Worcestershire Sauce
   150ml                Vegetable oil
   3      tablespoons   butter
   1      each          lemon, thinly sliced, with peel on
   3      each          cloves garlic, minced
   3      tablespoons   ginger, grated
   2      tablespoons   dry English mustard

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat until flavours are nicely blended, about 15 minutes.  After it cools, strain the lemon slices out.
