1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon ground white
pepper
1 tablespoon cayenne Pepper
Combine all the ingredients in a covered bowl and mix well. Use about
2 tablespoons of rub for each side of a rib slab. Rub the slab generously
with white vinegar before adding rub. It kicks in the rub.
