German Yoghurt Dressing



This recipe is of German origin and makes a pleasant change from the usual dressings, goes well with White Cabbage.

1 Tablespoon of White Wine Vinegar
¼ teaspoon of Salt
1 Teaspoon of brown Sugar
2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
175 ml of Natural Yoghurt
50 grams of Chopped Walnuts
2 Tablespoons of Cress
2 Tablespoons of Chopped Chives
2 Tablespoons of Chopped Parsley
    Coarsely Ground Black Pepper to taste
