Beautiful Breasts

 

 

 

Crush a small clove of garlic into 250g of melted butter. Add the juice of two lemons and keep warm.

In 25ml of hot water, soak:

1/4 teaspoon. Thyme, ground,
1/4 teaspoon. Sage
1/4 teaspoon. Dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon. Rosemary
1/4 teaspoon. Onion powder
1 teaspoon. Fresh ginger, grated
1 pinch salt
1 small pinch Cayenne pepper

 

 

 

 


soak for 15 minutes, add to butter mixture and mix well. Keep warm and allow to the spices to blend, light up the grill. Temperature should be for "low grilling" about 190C.

Baste the breasts with the sauce and allow to soak at least 15 minutes. The breasts will cook in about 12 minutes after they are put on the grill.

Baste again, sprinkle with a little paprika and put back on the grill. Baste the top side and turn at once. Allow only one or two minutes per side. Baste frequently; turn frequently. Do not over cook or allow to get to brown.
